Política de cancelación

📝 Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines how you can change or cancel specialized service agreements, including recurring retainers and project deposits.

Subscriptions (Monthly Service Retainers)

When you purchase a recurring service retainer (such as Monthly Campaign Management), you will receive continuous service deliveries based on the duration and frequency selected (typically 30-day cycles).

Your payment details will be stored securely and you will be charged automatically at the start of each service period.

Cancellation of Subscriptions

If you wish to terminate your recurring subscription or retainer service, you must provide 30 days written notice via email to sales@needawebnow.com.

  • Responsibility for Fees: The Client remains responsible for all fees and service costs incurred through the end of the 30-day notice period.

  • No Refunds: Payments for the current or past billing cycles are non-refundable.

  • Managing Your Subscription: Your service confirmation emails have links to manage your subscription details. You can also contact us directly for assistance.

Pre-Orders (Deposits for Future Projects)

When you pay a deposit or upfront fee for a project that has a delayed start date or requires specialized preparation (such as Web Design or a large Audit), you are securing a commitment for a future Service.

Cancellation of Pre-Orders / Deposits

  • Before Work Commences: You may be eligible to cancel a pre-order or deposit before any preparatory work or strategic planning has officially commenced. Please contact us immediately to determine eligibility.

  • After Work Commences: Once strategic planning, design work, or other services have officially begun, the deposit or pre-order payment is considered used to cover time and resource allocation and is non-refundable.

Service Credit in Lieu of Refunds

As detailed in our Service Credit & Cancellation Policy

We do not provide cash refunds for any canceled or terminated services. If a client-reported issue cannot be resolved through revision or rework, the Company may, at its sole discretion, approve a resolution in the form of a Service Credit for use toward future services.
