Applicable Services: This policy applies to all digital services, including Monthly Campaign Management, Web Design & Development, Optimization Services, and Consulting Fees provided by [Your Business Name, e.g., needawebnow.com].
Due to the digital and custom nature of our consulting, design, and development work, the time and resources invested in a project begin immediately upon agreement and payment. Therefore, our general policy is that all payments for services rendered or commenced are non-refundable.
We are committed to client satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with a service, we encourage you to contact us immediately so we can work together to find a solution.
We do not offer refunds on any services, retainers, or consulting fees once a payment has been processed and work has been initiated.
In the event that a service issue cannot be resolved through revision or rework, the Company may, at its sole discretion, approve a resolution in the form of a Service Credit.
Eligibility: To be considered for a Service Credit, you must notify us in writing via email at needawebnow@gmail.com within [7] days of the last rendered service or date of payment.
Approval Process: Upon receiving your request, we will review the services provided, the reported issue, and the context. We will notify you whether the Service Credit was approved or denied.
Issuance: If approved, the Service Credit will be issued for use toward future services or a different service package offered by [Your Business Name, e.g., needawebnow.com]. No cash refunds will be provided.
Monthly Retainer Services: Clients may cancel a monthly retainer service (e.g., Campaign Management) with 30 days written notice to needawebnow@gmail.com. The client is responsible for all fees and costs incurred during the 30-day notice period. No refunds, partial or otherwise, will be provided for the current billing cycle.
Fixed-Scope Projects (e.g., Web Design): Once a fixed-scope project has commenced (defined as work beginning beyond the initial consultation), the retainer/deposit is non-refundable. If the client cancels the project prematurely, the Company will retain all funds paid up to the date of cancellation to cover time, resources, and opportunity costs.
Please inspect all project deliverables (e.g., website drafts, final reports, content) immediately upon receipt. If you believe the delivered item is defective or does not meet the agreed-upon scope, please contact us within [48 hours] so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right through necessary revisions.
