About the role
Our clients are small businesses, which means paid media here is not a six-figure quarterly plan with room to experiment. It is a few hundred dollars a month that has to produce a phone call, a booking or a sale, in both English and Spanish, and in markets where the audience is often a twenty-mile radius rather than a country. As Paid Ads Specialist you build, run and report on that spend across Google and Meta, and you are the person who says out loud when a budget is too small for the goal attached to it.
What you’ll do
- Build and manage Google Ads campaigns — search, local, display and retargeting — for small-business budgets where every wasted click is a real percentage of the month.
- Build and manage Facebook and Instagram campaigns, including Spanish-language creative and audiences for our US Hispanic and Latin American clients.
- Run paid-media audits on accounts a client already has running, which is frequently how we meet them: find the wasted spend, the broken conversion tracking and the campaigns nobody turned off.
- Own conversion tracking properly — GA4 events, Google Ads and Meta conversions, call tracking — so the numbers in a client’s report are the ones they would get if they checked themselves.
- Write the monthly plain-language account summary: what ran, what it cost, what it returned, and what you would change.
What we’re looking for
- Two or more years running paid media with your own hands on the account, including budgets under $1,000 a month. Enterprise-only experience is not the same job.
- Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager fluency, and real competence at conversion tracking — the single most common thing we find broken in an inherited account.
- Working Spanish, enough to write and judge Spanish ad copy rather than approve a translation you cannot read.
- The discipline to kill something that is not working in week two instead of defending it until the quarter ends.
Schedule
Part-time, roughly 15–25 hours a week, arranged around weekday business hours so live accounts are never unattended for long. Hybrid: mostly remote, with on-site time at our Miami office at Pipeline Workspaces, 8400 NW 36th Street in Doral, for account reviews and planning.
About this posting
This is an open, evergreen posting. We keep it up whether or not there is a seat free this month, because the alternative — starting a search the week we need somebody — is how agencies end up hiring whoever is available instead of whoever is right. There is no deadline on it and no urgency to manufacture. If you are good at this, apply, and we will talk; if the fit is there and the work is not yet, we will tell you that honestly and keep your application on file.
Every application comes to us through this page. We do not post on Indeed or any other job board, and nobody at NeedAWebNow will ever ask you to pay for anything as part of applying.
