About the role
Email is the one channel our clients own outright, and for a lot of them it is the highest-return thing we do — provided it actually arrives. That makes this role half marketing and half plumbing: the campaign and the sequence, but also the authentication, the list hygiene and the sending reputation that decide whether any of it reaches an inbox. As Email Marketing Specialist you own both halves.
What you’ll do
- Build and send campaigns and newsletters for client accounts, in English and Spanish, from brief to delivered report.
- Build automated sequences that do a job — welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, re-engagement, appointment follow-up — and maintain them as the offer changes.
- Own deliverability: SPF, DKIM and DMARC alignment, sender reputation, bounce and complaint handling, and list hygiene. A campaign that lands in spam is a failed campaign no matter how it reads.
- Grow lists legitimately — signup integrations on client sites, lead magnets, and opt-in flows that will survive a consent question.
- Report on what each send actually did: delivered, opened, clicked, converted, unsubscribed, and what you would change next time.
What we’re looking for
- Two or more years sending commercial email for businesses other than your own, across at least one major platform.
- Practical deliverability knowledge — you should be able to read a DMARC report and explain why a domain is landing in promotions.
- Enough HTML and CSS to fix an email template that breaks in Outlook, because one always does.
- Written Spanish strong enough to send in it, and respect for consent rules in both languages and both markets.
Schedule
Part-time, roughly 12–20 hours a week, with send days driving the schedule. Hybrid: mostly remote, with occasional on-site time at our Orlando office at Pipeline Workspaces, 20 North Orange Avenue.
About this posting
This is an open, evergreen posting. We keep it up whether or not there is a seat free this month, because the alternative — starting a search the week we need somebody — is how agencies end up hiring whoever is available instead of whoever is right. There is no deadline on it and no urgency to manufacture. If you are good at this, apply, and we will talk; if the fit is there and the work is not yet, we will tell you that honestly and keep your application on file.
Every application comes to us through this page. We do not post on Indeed or any other job board, and nobody at NeedAWebNow will ever ask you to pay for anything as part of applying.
