Remote — Chicago. NeedAWebNow has no office in Chicago and this posting does not mean we operate there. Our only two offices are in Orlando and Miami, Florida. We are building a bench of people we can call on as work scales, and this role is open to candidates based in or around Chicago, United States, working remotely. Time zone: US Central — one hour behind our offices.
About the role
This is the same paid-media work as our Dallas posting, scouted in a second market so we are not dependent on one city for it. Chicago is a dense independent-business market with a deep agency talent pool, which is why it is on the list. NeedAWebNow has no office in Chicago and no operations in Illinois — our two offices are in Orlando and Miami. We are building a bench, not opening a branch.
What you’d do
- Build and manage Google Ads campaigns — search, local, display, retargeting — for small-business budgets where a wasted click is a real percentage of the month.
- Build and manage Facebook and Instagram campaigns, including Spanish-language creative and audiences where the account calls for it.
- Audit accounts a client already has running: wasted spend, broken conversion tracking, campaigns nobody turned off.
- Write the monthly plain-language summary — what ran, what it cost, what it returned, what you would change.
What we’d look for
- Two or more years hands-on, including sub-$1,000 monthly budgets.
- Google Ads and Meta fluency, and conversion tracking you can actually debug.
- Comfort reporting a bad month as a bad month. Our clients can see their own bank balance.
- Spanish is a plus.
Working remotely from Chicago
Fully remote, arranged around weekday business hours so live accounts are not unattended. You would be based in the Chicago metropolitan area. Chicago is US Central, one hour behind our offices. No on-site requirement and no office to come into.
