Remote — Dallas–Fort Worth. NeedAWebNow has no office in Dallas–Fort Worth and this posting does not mean we operate there. Our only two offices are in Orlando and Miami, Florida. We are building a bench of people we can call on as work scales, and this role is open to candidates based in or around Dallas–Fort Worth, United States, working remotely. Time zone: US Central — one hour behind our offices.
About the role
Paid media for our clients is not a six-figure quarterly plan with room to experiment. It is a few hundred dollars a month that has to produce a phone call, a booking or a sale. This posting is us scouting a paid-media specialist in Dallas–Fort Worth for remote work on those accounts. NeedAWebNow has no office in Dallas and no operations in Texas; our two offices are in Orlando and Miami.
What you’d do
- Build and manage Google Ads campaigns — search, local, display and retargeting — on budgets where every wasted click is a real percentage of the month.
- Build and manage Facebook and Instagram campaigns, including Spanish-language creative and audiences where the account calls for it.
- Run paid-media audits on accounts a client already has running, which is frequently how we meet them: find the wasted spend, the broken tracking, the campaigns nobody turned off.
- Own conversion tracking properly — GA4 events, Google Ads and Meta conversions, call tracking — so a client’s report matches what they would find themselves.
What we’d look for
- Two or more years with your own hands on accounts, including budgets under $1,000 a month. Enterprise-only experience is a different job.
- Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager fluency, and real competence at conversion tracking — the thing we most often find broken in an inherited account.
- The discipline to kill something that is not working in week two instead of defending it to the end of the quarter.
- Spanish is a plus; a meaningful share of the creative is in it.
Working remotely from Dallas–Fort Worth
Fully remote, arranged around weekday business hours so live accounts are not unattended for long. You would be based in the Dallas–Fort Worth metropolitan area. DFW is US Central, an hour behind our offices. No on-site requirement, no office to come into.
