Remote — Houston. NeedAWebNow has no office in Houston and this posting does not mean we operate there. Our only two offices are in Orlando and Miami, Florida. We are building a bench of people we can call on as work scales, and this role is open to candidates based in or around Houston, United States, working remotely. Time zone: US Central — one hour behind our offices.
About the role
Every NeedAWebNow engagement starts with a free digital audit: we look at a business’s website, search visibility, local presence and social, and send back a written report with a score and specific next steps inside two business days, no card required. About 30% of those audits never become paying work and we are fine with that. Houston is on this list for one reason — it is one of the largest bilingual small-business markets in the country, and roughly half of our work already serves US Hispanic businesses. NeedAWebNow has no office in Houston and no operations in Texas; our two offices are in Orlando and Miami. This is us scouting a remote salesperson there.
What you’d do
- Prospect and contact small businesses remotely — by phone, email and messaging — and book free digital audits.
- Present finished audit reports to owners in English or Spanish: what the score means, what is costing them customers, and which plan or project actually fits the business.
- Quote from our published pricing — monthly plans from $297, one-time projects from $1,200 — and hand closed deals to delivery with notes clean enough to work from.
- Keep your own pipeline honest in Mission Control. A forecast nobody believes is worse than no forecast.
What we’d look for
- Two or more years selling to small-business owners, with numbers you can describe. Phone-and-video selling, specifically — this is a remote role.
- Genuinely bilingual English and Spanish. For this market that is the requirement, not a preference.
- Willingness to walk away. Thirty per cent of audits going nowhere only works if the person presenting them is not pushing.
- Enough digital literacy to explain an audit finding without overpromising what fixing it will do.
Working remotely from Houston
Fully remote. You would be based in the Houston metropolitan area, selling by phone and video rather than in person. Houston is US Central, one hour behind our offices, which in practice means your morning starts as ours is already going. There is no territory attached to this and no office to come into — we are not claiming a Houston presence, we are looking for a Houston-based seller.
