About the role
Alongside direct client work we run two referral channels: an affiliate programme for individuals who send us business, and a white-label programme for agencies and freelancers who resell our build and marketing capacity under their own name at published partner rates. Both bring in signups continuously and both need someone to actually work them — approving applicants, onboarding the real ones, and keeping the partners who produce engaged. As Affiliate and Partner Program Coordinator that is your job.
What you’ll do
- Review and decide on affiliate and white-label applications: look at who the applicant actually is, what they would be promoting us to, and approve or decline with a reason.
- Onboard approved partners — tracking links, the rate card, what they may and may not say about us, and what we need from them when a referral converts.
- Keep the partner relationship warm: check in, answer questions, supply the material they need, and find out why a partner who was producing has gone quiet.
- Reconcile commissions with the billing side so a partner is paid on what converted, and handle the disputes when a partner believes a referral was theirs.
- Report on the channel honestly: signups, approvals, active partners, referrals, and conversions — including when the answer is that a channel is producing nothing.
What we’re looking for
- Experience in partner, affiliate, channel or reseller work, or in account management that involved recruiting and keeping external partners.
- Judgement about who to let represent us. An affiliate promoting us badly is worse for the brand than one who does nothing.
- Clear, prompt written communication — most of this relationship happens in email and chat.
- Conversational Spanish strongly preferred; applications come from across the US and Latin America.
Schedule
Part-time, roughly 12–20 hours a week inside weekday business hours. Hybrid: mostly remote, with on-site time at our Orlando office at Pipeline Workspaces, 20 North Orange Avenue.
About this posting
This is an open, evergreen posting. We keep it up whether or not there is a seat free this month, because the alternative — starting a search the week we need somebody — is how agencies end up hiring whoever is available instead of whoever is right. There is no deadline on it and no urgency to manufacture. If you are good at this, apply, and we will talk; if the fit is there and the work is not yet, we will tell you that honestly and keep your application on file.
Every application comes to us through this page. We do not post on Indeed or any other job board, and nobody at NeedAWebNow will ever ask you to pay for anything as part of applying.
