About the role
Same work as our Central Florida photography role, covering the South Florida half of our client base: Miami-Dade and Broward. Executive headshots, product sets, real estate, restaurant and food, event and corporate coverage — per-shoot contract work, booked and briefed by us, shot by you. The difference in this market is mostly language: a large share of these shoots are with Spanish-speaking owners and staff.
What you’ll do
- Shoot on location across Miami-Dade and Broward — restaurants, retail, listings, offices and events — on a scheduled, briefed, per-shoot basis.
- Deliver edited, colour-corrected images sized for web and social, including correctly cropped verticals for Instagram and Stories.
- Bring and run your own lighting for interiors, food and headshots. South Florida interiors are frequently mixed-light nightmares and daylight is not a plan.
- Handle releases where people are identifiable, and deliver under a usage licence that lets the client and us publish the work.
- Work to an agreed shot list and say so on the day when the location does not match the brief.
What we’re looking for
- A commercial portfolio in at least two of the categories above, and your own professional camera and lighting kit.
- Based in or regularly working across Miami-Dade or Broward, with your own reliable transport.
- Liability insurance, or willingness to carry it — commercial properties and many venues here will ask for the certificate.
- Conversational Spanish strongly preferred for this market. You will be directing people in it.
Schedule
Contract, per shoot. Rate is quoted per job by category, duration, location and delivery volume — the range shown is a typical half to full day. No retainer, no minimum volume: we offer you the jobs that fit, you take the ones you want.
