About the role

Graphic design is one of our biggest catalogues and the most varied day-to-day work in the agency. In one week it can be a logo and brand guidelines for a new business, a set of flyers for a restaurant, a press kit, a deck for a client’s investor meeting, and twenty social templates somebody has to be able to reuse without breaking them. As Graphic Designer you produce that work and, just as importantly, you hand it over in a state the client and our own social team can actually use.

What you’ll do

  • Design and redesign logos, and produce the full delivery around them: vector files, favicon, business-card layout and a brand guidelines document that is short enough to be followed.
  • Design print and digital collateral — flyers, folders, promo and press kits, presentations, menus, info graphics — to real print specs when it is going to print.
  • Build the social and email template sets our social and email specialists work from, so routine posts do not come back to you.
  • Produce web-ready assets for client builds: hero imagery, iconography, section graphics, and images sized and compressed so they do not wreck a page’s load time.
  • Vectorise and clean up the raw material clients send — a logo as a 400px JPEG is how most of these jobs start.

What we’re looking for

  • A portfolio showing both brand work and production collateral. Both halves matter; we sell both.
  • Fluency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign, or a demonstrably equivalent toolchain, plus Figma or Canva for the template work that has to stay editable by non-designers.
  • Genuine print knowledge — bleed, CMYK, resolution, and what a printer will reject.
  • Willingness to design inside a brand that is not yours and to a budget that is not generous. Most of these clients are spending their own money.

Schedule

Part-time, roughly 15–25 hours a week, arranged around project deadlines rather than fixed shifts. Hybrid: mostly remote, with on-site time at our Orlando office at Pipeline Workspaces, 20 North Orange Avenue, for kickoffs and client reviews.

About this posting

This is an open, evergreen posting. We keep it up whether or not there is a seat free this month, because the alternative — starting a search the week we need somebody — is how agencies end up hiring whoever is available instead of whoever is right. There is no deadline on it and no urgency to manufacture. If you are good at this, apply, and we will talk; if the fit is there and the work is not yet, we will tell you that honestly and keep your application on file.

Every application comes to us through this page. We do not post on Indeed or any other job board, and nobody at NeedAWebNow will ever ask you to pay for anything as part of applying.
