About the role
Every NeedAWebNow engagement starts the same way: a free digital audit. We look at a business’s website, its search visibility, its local presence and its social, and we send back a written report with a score and specific next steps inside two business days. Around 30% of those audits never turn into paying work, and we are fine with that. Your job is to get the right Central Florida small businesses to take the audit, walk them through what it found, and close the ones that are a real fit.
What you’ll do
- Prospect and contact small businesses across Central Florida — by phone, by email and in person — and book free digital audits.
- Present finished audit reports to owners: what the score means, what is costing them customers, and which plan or project package actually fits the business in front of you.
- Quote from our published pricing — monthly plans from $297, one-time projects from $1,200 — and hand closed deals to the delivery side with notes clean enough to work from.
- Log every lead, call and outcome in Mission Control so the pipeline is a real record instead of a recollection.
What we’re looking for
- You have sold a service to small business owners before — agency, local media, SaaS, insurance or local advertising all count.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred; a large share of the Central Florida businesses we sell to are Spanish-speaking.
- The judgment to tell a prospect they are not ready for an investment. We say that to clients out loud, and we need a rep who is willing to say it too.
Schedule
Part-time, about 20–25 hours a week, with weekday daytime availability for prospecting and calls. This is a hybrid role: your prospecting is done remotely, with on-site time at our Orlando office at Pipeline Workspaces, 20 North Orange Avenue, for pitch meetings and client appointments. Pay is $18 per hour plus commission on business you close.
